Sustainabuilt is a commercial and residential general contractor/construction management firm with a diverse portfolio of project management experience. Sustainabuilt's goal is to partner with our clients to design and construct quality-built durable projects that are mindful of their impact on the community and the environment. To achieve this goal, we scrutinize and manage the quality of the design, materials selected, and workmanship throughout the project life cycle. For example, recycling construction waste where possible, tighter homes with efficient insulation, and simply by creating a better quality product thru implementing quality assurance programs.
It is Sustainabuilt's responsibility to manage/coordinate a collaborative design and construction climate in which we are the gatekeeper and disseminator of information, ensuring that it is complete, accurate, and timely. We are your representatives, assigned to manage the entire lifecycle of the project from assisting with design to contracting with our diverse team of trusted subcontractors to construct the project and bring the 2D plans to reality.
We greatly value our partnership with our clients and endeavor to build your project cost-effective and efficient as possible. To achieve this, we charge a fixed fee for for our general contracting and construction management services that is based on the size, construction duration, and complexity of your project. Unlike most other general contractors, our fee is not tied to the cost of the project and we do not markup up costs. We believe our compensation should be based on the management services we provide, and not the level of project finishes.
As a Colorado based and Veteran owned company, we take pride in building a culture and team that's committed to building a better tomorrow.
